As part of a global community, SABIS^® students are given unparalleled opportunities to participate in numerous regional and international events that take place throughout the year, allowing them, beyond sports and academics, to develop important life skills, learn about new cultures, and make new friends.

One example is the SABIS^® Global Sports Tournament (GST) which brings together over 1,000 students from SABIS^® schools around the world to compete in a range of sports including basketball, football, swimming, and track & field.

Another example is SABIS^® STARS, a truly global event that focuses on students’ talent and creativity in areas such as poetry, creative writing, public speaking, painting, singing, advertising, and science.

The newly launched SABIS^® STEAM competition was also a huge success that brought together over 200 students from 12 SABIS^® schools in the U.A.E. to compete in four main categories: Robotics Joystick, Robotics Autonomous, Electronics, and 3D Printing.

Over the summer, students can join the SABIS^® Educational Summer Camp that takes place on the Ashwicke Hall Estate in Bath, England, and brings together over 200 students of 30+ nationalities from SABIS^® schools around the world.

The Student Life Training Conference that takes place every summer is also an experience of a lifetime! This year’s SLTC took place in Egypt with 96 SLO prefects and 30 Student Life Coordinators from SABIS^® schools around the world. The conference agenda was designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills they need to return to their home schools and improve their SLO and positively impact the lives of others.
