Encouraging students to discover the joy of reading was at the root of this year’s reading campaign that was launched across the network.

Under the title Let’s Read, the campaign invites students to read science, Arabic, English, and French books through month-long activities and events purposely designed to spark interest in each of these subjects.

The campaign kicked off with science, making the SABIS^® series of Science Readers available to students. These “readers”, or books, called A Closer Look into Science are all developed in-house and are aimed at igniting students’ curiosity and excitement beyond the classroom, initiating them into the field of STEAM.

The next phase of the campaign will promote reading in Arabic and encourage students to appreciate this rich language.  To that end, over 50 titles in the SABIS^® Arabic Readers, with their modern approach and exciting content, will be made available to students.

The campaign will continue throughout the remainder of the academic year and include SABIS^® Readers in English and in French.
