The 2022 SABIS^® E-Global Leadership Conference brought together, virtually, nearly 100 school leaders to prepare for the upcoming academic year.

Under the theme “Achieving Sustainable Success in a Post-COVID World,” discussions were centered around SABIS^®’s strategy to maintain its edge. Conference participants attended presentations including how to exceed academic expectations post-pandemic; IT infrastructure and security plans that will keep SABIS^® schools and students safe in this new and increasingly digitized world; and HR’s role in helping people transition back to working in the office, boosting employee morale, and recruiting, training, and retaining new staff in the new post-COVID work environment.

This year, and for the first time ever, the event included a Talk Show that brought together seasoned school leaders from within the SABIS^® Network for an interactive, open, and candid round-table discussion about how to create the right synergy for sustainable school success in a post-COVID world.

At the end of the two days, participants left the meeting well-prepared for the year ahead and with clear action plans to implement in their schools in order to embrace the new challenges of the post-COVID world.
